A Video Game Program At Your School

In the most recent reports from the Pew National Research Center, over 85% of youth play video games.

In a 2025 study from the National Federation of High School of State High School Association, only 30-40% of students participate in a school sport in Middle School in the US, and 50% participate in High School. While traditional sports play an important role in developing school culture and building skills in those who participate, too many students remain univolved.

Research over the past two decades had unequivocaclly found benefits in academic perfomormance, attendance, and stronger connection to school community.

And according to research from Americal Pychological Association, evidence suggests video games can support problem-solving, teamwork, communication, strategic thinking, persistence, and digital literacy. When students participate in structured gaming and esports programs, these skills are reinforced through collaboration, goal setting, leadership opportunities, and positive peer interactions.

Over the past 5 years, we've developed a multifacted video game program designed to teach kids skills in collaboration and communication. What we've found over these past 5 years is that 1) there's a huge interest amongst students in joining our program. We serve over a hundred kids each year. 2) There's strong support amongst the staff, administration, and parent community for what we do. 3) The students who join our program typically don't pariticipate in traditional sports or other kinds of extracurriculars. 4) The students who join our programs tend to stay in the programs.
