Privacy Policy

Tiger Esports ATX is operated by Collaborative Edge Youth Program LLC. This policy explains what information we collect about students and families, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
When a parent or guardian registers a student, we collect:
- Student name, grade, school, and campus
- Parent or guardian names, email addresses, and phone numbers
- Registration and payment records (card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers)
- Signed waivers and emergency contact information
During the program, we record:
- Attendance
- Participation points, peer nominations, and rewards earned
- Messages exchanged with families by email
How we use it
We use this information only to run the program: managing rosters, taking attendance, tracking the points and rewards system, communicating with families (including daily parent updates), processing registrations and payments, and keeping students safe.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Access is limited to Tiger Esports ATX staff and campus leads who need it to run the program. We may share information if required by law or to protect a student's safety.
Where it is stored
Program records are stored in Google (Google Workspace services such as Sheets, Drive, and Gmail). Payments are handled by Stripe. Our website is hosted by Hostinger.
Use of Google user data
Our internal program management tool accesses our own Google account (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, and Slides) to process registrations, manage records, and send program communications. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Children's privacy
Our participants are children, so we collect student information only from a parent or guardian. Parents may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting us.
How long we keep it
We keep records while a student is enrolled and for a reasonable period afterward for program, insurance, and legal purposes. After that, we delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
